Provides an oEmbed media source for remote images, including the means of managing ALT text for the image.

This is necessary because oEmbed spec doesn't provide any help with accessibility. When Drupal authors use remote image media from Flickr (etc.) they have no way to know if there is a text alternative, or a reliable way to retrieve it. So this module adds the capability to create a text alternative locally (in Drupal) for the remote image.
