There are intentionally no releases provided here.

Drupal 8 includes jQuery UI in core, however it is no longer actively maintained and has been marked deprecated. This includes the jQuery Position library.

jQuery UI Position is not available here. Instead, install the jQuery UI module and use the jquery_ui/position library.
