Drupal users can be updated by multiple admins, users, etc. Admins/Developers can know that the user was updated but drupal core don't track all details like:

• The Email was changed
• Previous Email
• New Email
• Who changed the Email
• When was the email changed
• What was the url when the email was changed

This information can be helpful for some developers or site admins. This module will track this information and provide options to admins to view these details for every user.
