This module downloads all external CSS & JS assets (e.g. from a CDN) and serves them from the site.

Benefits

  • Comply to GDPR
  • Contrib module authors can just add CDN link, no download and local library detection needed
  • The downloaded library benefits from core or advagg aggregation

Note: This module plugs into the libraries system. So we can't help modules or themes that bypass this. They shouldn't anyway.
